We believe that effective financial management is guided by the following Fundamental principles:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As an ISO 9001 registered organization, CoRDA maintains accurate and relevant financial data as well as extensive internal and external controls to ensure that spending is in line with approved objectives. For example, expenditures between $2000 and $10,000 require multiple quotes. Expenditures above $10,000 require a call for proposal or bid solicitation process. Suppliers are regularly evaluated to ensure that we are getting the best value for money and their performance is monitored and tracked over time in keeping with ISO procedures. Purchasing policies are reviewed annually by an external ISO auditor and all financial records are reviewed annually by an independent auditor.
