Have you recently moved to Colchester County?

Do you have questions about services provided in this area?

CoRDA offers settlement assistance to newcomers in the Truro-Colchester region. If you have questions about housing, employment, education, recreation, and more, we can help!

Your newcomer navigator can orient you around your new community, helping you access necessary services, language and skills training, employment assistance as well as providing opportunities to build up social and professional networks.

Contact Megan if you have any questions and we can get you started on your settlement plan.

Welcoming Events

CoRDA is continually providing opportunities for newcomers to network with each other and with the Truro-Colchester community. See the events section for up-to-date info on upcoming events.

The Colchester Diversity Film Series is a community film series, in partnership with the Colchester Museum, of cultural documentaries and discussions.  All films are free to the public and we encourage all groups and ages to come out and develop a broader understanding of people and their cultures. We also encourage cultural groups interested in participating to contact us at [email protected] or call 895-6501.
