Debert Air Industrial Park

The Debert Air Industrial Park offers a winning combination. Once home to over 30,000 Canadian Soldiers, the park now houses some of the region’s largest distribution centres and has over 3000 acres to build and expand upon.

In 2008, CoRDA signed a Twinning Agreement with the Devens Enterprise Commission to support each other with the sustainable development of Debert and Devens' industrial parks and communities. Both CoRDA and the DEC share a common interest in eco-industrial park development and related practices and have unique backgrounds and experiences in this area.

Agritech Park

Stewiacke Business Park

The Stewiacke Business Park has approximately 80 acres of prime Highway frontage located at the Stewiacke exit of Highway 102. Recently transferred from Municipal ownership and located only 20-minutes to the Stanfield International Airport and only 30 minutes to Halifax, locating in Stewiacke is a good business choice.

Truro Power Center
